• A service call fee is due upon arrival, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Payment for repairs is due immediately upon completion of work.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and others as listed on our website.

3. Warranty and Limitations

• Labor Warranty: 90 days on workmanship.

• Labor for Manufacturer Defects: Covered for 30 days.

• Parts Warranty: Covered only by the manufacturer (typically 30–90 days).

• No warranty is offered for unrelated issues that arise on the same appliance after service is completed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that caused the dispute.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage

  • Water leaks, flooring damage, cabinetry damage, or wall damage from moving or servicing appliances

  • Consequential damages (e.g., spoiled food, loss of use, or property damage)

  • Loss of data, income, or other indirect damages

• Customer is responsible for securing all surrounding areas (e.g., clearing space, disconnecting utilities, securing pets or valuables).

5. Damage Disclaimer

While we use reasonable care during service:

• We are not liable for damage to plumbing, gas lines, flooring, cabinetry, or electrical systems unless caused by gross negligence.

• Customer agrees to notify us of any known defects, leaks, or prior service history before repairs begin.

6. Service Area and Conditions

We only service specific ZIP codes within our defined service area. We may cancel or decline appointments outside this area.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service due to safety concerns, weather, or technician availability.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling service, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate

• You are the property owner or have permission to authorize repairs

• Access to the appliance is clear and safe

• You will ensure the area is free from water hazards, pets, or obstacles

8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links or tools from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or behavior. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property
